February Newsletter 2020

Cooktown is a beautiful, historic coastal town in the Cape York Peninsula, north of Cairns and Port Douglas. The town, surrounded by incredible natural landscapes, holds a significant place in Australian history as the site of Captain James Cook’s first interaction with Indigenous people. Today, it is a melting pot of indigenous and non-indigenous culture and history, which will be showcased later this year at the Cooktown Expo 2020 (more information below).
