Pinnacle Tourism Marketing in any given year undertakes an aggressive sales call schedule to these markets. Our trips to these markets are designed around either peak booking periods or strategic planning periods for the stakeholders in these markets. Specifically in the UK, Pinnacle Tourism Marketing has recognised the need for ongoing training of wholesale staff and have a dedicated in-market representative in this market to fulfill this need. Our engagement with this market is also strengthened by regular contact throughout the year and webinar training.

Market Representation in the Inbound Market

Pinnacle Tourism Marketing is very proud of the relationships it has with key agents in this sector. In particular, Directors of Pinnacle Tourism Marketing Michael Nelson and Ron Livingston have very strong ties with this sector built up over many years of delivering credible tourism experiences to these agents. Pinnacle Tourism Marketing maintains very close contact with Inbound Agents. Two sales trips are completed each year to the major centres of Brisbane, Melbourne, Sydney and Adelaide as well as attendance at the ATEC Meeting Place and Inbound Up North. This makes for a complete coverage of this sector for Pinnacle clients.

Market Representation in the Domestic Market

No matter where our clients are based, the domestic market is an as extremely important source of business. Pinnacle Tourism Marketing recognises this fact as well, which is why we maintain very close contact with the major domestic wholesalers, both traditional and online which is seen as a critical part of this distribution channel. Four sales trips are conducted each year and focus not only on meetings with Product Managers but also training of reservations staff.
